Acceptance

By using TEE IT UP or participating in the Ashford Founders League you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The league

Fixtures are played under the current published ruleset (mixed_team_10_v1). Official results are produced by the TEE IT UP calculation engine and become final once published by an administrator.

Payments

• Founding Club membership: £299 per year.
• Weekly team entry: £50 per fixture, paid by the captain.
• TEE IT UP+ premium player membership: £29.99 per year.
• All payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds

Team-entry refunds are handled by administrators in line with our published cancellation policy. Membership fees are non-refundable after 14 days.

Fair play

All players must submit accurate scores. Score corrections require operator verification and are logged in the audit trail.

Liability

TEE IT UP provides the platform "as is" during the pilot. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
