Who we are
The TEE IT UP platform and the Ashford Founders League are operated by Tee It Up Golf League Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17334245), trading as Tee It Up. You can reach us at hello@tee-it-up.co.uk.
Acceptance
By using TEE IT UP or participating in the Ashford Founders League you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The league
Fixtures are played under the current published ruleset. Official results are produced by the TEE IT UP calculation engine and become final once published by an administrator.
Founder Club membership — £299.00
- Founder Club (Founder Venue) membership for the 2027 season is a one-off payment of £299.00 in GBP. No VAT is applied.
- It covers entry into the 2027 league with your own venue team, scheduled home league nights with the simulator supplied and operated, and Founder Club recognition, listing and promotion.
- Payment is taken by card at the end of the Founder Venue onboarding flow. Your place is confirmed only once registration is complete, the Founder Venue Agreement is accepted and the payment is received.
- Membership is for the 2027 season only and does not renew automatically.
- Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Other payments
- Weekly team entry: £50 per fixture, paid by the captain.
- TEE IT UP+ premium player membership: £29.99 per year.
- All payments are processed by Stripe in GBP and appear on your statement as TEE IT UP. We never see or store card details.
Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Fair play
All players must submit accurate scores. Score corrections require operator verification and are logged in the audit trail.
Liability
We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
