Tee It Up Golf League Ltd (company number 17334245), trading as Tee It Up, operates the Ashford Founders League — a portable golf-simulator league hosted in Founding Clubs across Kent. Data we collect

• Account details — name, email, club affiliation, role.
• Match data — scores, selections and availability.
• Payment metadata — handled by Stripe. We never store card details.
• Operational telemetry — sign-in events and audit logs.

How we use it

To run the league, publish official results, process weekly team entries and Founding Club memberships, and communicate essential fixture information. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Match records are retained for the lifetime of the league to support historical standings. Account data is deleted on request unless required for financial or legal record-keeping.
